Filming Blog: Filmed Together

Filming together is the most fun I've had in a while. My group is so funny. The process of filming was overall great. The difference in this project is that we were all together. Throughout the process, I suggested that we took breaks. Michael loved the idea so Jontae and Fulvio agreed with me. So in between filming scenes we stopped and got water and something to eat. It's like we bonded together. I played Michael in a game of basketball. Michael won, I was shocked. My parents are worried about this coronavirus. My mom was very hesitant of letting me go film. In all honesty, it's weird being away from school. It will become very difficult to get our filming done because all of us need parent permission. Now is the time for us to start implementing our scenes. I do not know how this is going to turn out. We have to socially distance ourselves and it is affecting our film schedule. In the mean time, finishing our film is the primary goal. I have my in my group to complete it. It will be a hard process though.

Editing Blog: Continuing to Edit

My gathering and I kept on finishing the altering for our video. This procedure is and has been going well overall. We feel as though our film is genuinely meeting up and will be intriguing when complete. For altering we kept utilizing iMovie. We utilized this because of the reality we made some extreme memories utilizing zenith studios and had a far more straightforward time utilizing iMovie while we altered our video. Again I drove the way, I’m amazing at altering. We utilized my iPad and did something amazing. We watched the shooting content and embedded the exact advances in the correct spots. This caused the film to feel clean because of us previously understanding what change we need and where we need them. While the altering has been going easily, we have encountered one significant barrier. This is because of the Coronavirus which has put my gathering mates and I out of school. This has been particularly hard for my gathering and I as we despite everything need to reshoot certain pieces of our film. In spite of this we feel that general we are on the procedure. Having experience is an enormous assistance. Luckily, altering is Fulvio’s preferred piece of the task and it is the most straightforward to manage without the entire gathering being as one. In spite of the fact that I did a great deal of the work, Fulvio too altered a piece. Michael and Jontae gave us rules and have been the appointed authorities. Having them watch it over gave us a superior arrangement of eyes which helped us make the best the film. They found a couple of minor mix-ups that were anything but difficult to fix. I am eager to the point that we have our film practically complete. In spite of the fact that its now not the last item, it is in reality acceptable. Generally speaking the altering has been a huge accomplishment and we was unable to have finished it without one another. We as a whole did our parts and that is the reason it went so smooth. Altering is getting a lot less complex and I appreciate it a great deal.

Editing Blog: We Did It

The editing process has finally begun. The filming process went smoothly. We used iMovie to edit. We found difficult using pinnacle studios so iMovie was the right choice. I led the way, since I’m good at editing. We used my iPad and I got straight to work. I made sure to follow the shooting script and have the transitions correct. The process was very easy. Making plans ahead of time was a big help in editing. It was easy, I had a smooth time with editing. As a group we’re starting to get this editing thing down. Editing is hands down my favorite part. Michael edited some parts too. Fulvio and Jontae gave us tips and told us what we need to do or add. It was nice having an extra set of eyes. Easy mistakes were spotted. I’m happy we have our film. It may not be finished, but we’ll be fine. We relied on each other and got it done. Everyone played their role. I will always enjoy editing.

Peer Review Blog

In class, we did a peer review of another groups film. The person we got was Asia. Her film consisted of her brothers I’m guessing. It wasn’t completely done since it was only one minute long. The lighting was very good though. It was easy to see the people in the film. The film seemed to be about kids fighting in the back of a van. The film had the right amount of titles and they were in the right order. The sound quality was good. I was able to hear the words coming from the children. In the film, it had multiple camera shots. By the looks of it, it was film hand-held so no tripod was used. One thing, I did like was the acting. For some kids, they have good acting skills. Looks like they weren’t that difficult to handle. One thing, I do suggest is that the story needs to be more clear. I was kind of confused on what it was about exactly. I enjoyed the film though. I want to see the final product because it looks like it is going to be good. More than likely, the film will turn out to be good.
